Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, content, community, and software products offered by RKM Vault LLC ("RKM Vault", "we", "us", "our"), a California limited liability company located at 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816.

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What we provide — and what we do not

RKM Vault operates a subscription-based trading education and community platform. We provide live mentorship, technical analysis training, and licensed Pine Script indicators to independent retail and prop firm futures traders.

We do not manage customer accounts, execute trades on behalf of customers, or provide personalized investment advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or futures commission merchant. Nothing we publish, say, or provide constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other instrument.

All trading decisions are yours alone, made in your own account, at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You may not use the service where doing so would violate the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all laws that apply to you, including those governing futures and derivatives trading.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering, including a valid email address and, where indicator access is part of your subscription, your TradingView username. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rkmvault.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Accounts are for a single individual. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Products

Our subscription is the ORB Vault: licensed access to the Vault Gold ORB TradingView indicator, its setup tutorials, and the members' community. Live Trading sessions are currently paused; members who subscribed to them keep the access their subscription describes.

Plans

The ORB Vault is offered on the plans below. Every plan includes the same access; only the length of the term and its price differ. Prices are in US dollars.

Monthly: $49 for one month. Renews every month at $49.
3 months: $147 for 15 weeks of access (3 months plus 2 weeks at no charge). Renews every 15 weeks at $147.
6 months: $294 for 7 months of access (6 months plus 1 month at no charge). Renews every 7 months at $294.
12 months: $490 for 12 months of access. Renews every 12 months at $490.

The plan, its price and how often it renews are shown on the signup page and confirmed before you start your trial.

Free trial

New subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged the then-current rate. The first charge is the price of the plan you chose. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge.

Recurring billing and automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until you cancel: every month, every 15 weeks, every 7 months or every 12 months, depending on your plan. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the price of your plan on each renewal date. We send a reminder before the free trial converts, at least 7 days before each renewal, and at least 30 days before a 12-month renewal. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

Changing plans

You can change plans from your dashboard. During a free trial, the new plan applies right away and your first charge is the new plan's price. After that, a change takes effect at your next renewal: your current term continues unchanged, and nothing is charged until the new term begins. The remaining time on your current term is not refunded or credited when you change plans.

Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Founding-member and promotional rates, where offered, apply only while your subscription remains continuously active; if you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current standard rate applies. We may change standard pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Your use of payment services is also subject to Stripe's terms.

Taxes

Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST, which may be added at checkout based on your location.

Member referral rewards

Members can earn account credit by inviting friends with their personal invite link or code:

A friend counts only after their first paid month is successfully charged (not during a free trial), and each person can count only once. Signups made with an affiliate code count for the affiliate, not for a member.
Rewards are earned in rounds: the first paying friend earns $5 off, the second $10 off, and the third one free month ($49). The round then ends and a new one begins with the next paying friend.
A round lasts 60 days from the day the first friend's payment is charged. Friends who sign up within those 60 days count even if their first payment is charged later. If the round is not completed, progress starts again from the first reward; credit already earned is kept.
Rewards are applied automatically as credit on your account and reduce your next bill(s). Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is not refunded if you cancel.
Referring yourself (for example with another email address or your own payment card) does not count. If a friend's payment is refunded or disputed, the related credit may be removed if it has not yet been used. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through abuse, and may change or end the program with notice; credit already earned is honored.

5. License to use our indicators

Our trading indicators — including Vault Gold ORB, ORB Vault, and the Live Fibonacci Scalp methodology — are proprietary. They are licensed to RKM Vault LLC and sublicensed to you. They are not sold to you.

Subject to your active subscription and these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the indicators for your own trading, on the TradingView account you register with us.

You may not:

Share, resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute access to the indicators
Share your TradingView account, credentials, or invite-only access with any other person
Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code or logic of any indicator
Create derivative works based on our indicators or methodologies
Publish, republish, or distribute our code, alerts, signals, or educational materials
Use our materials to build, market, or operate a competing product or service

Indicator access is granted per TradingView username and is revoked when your subscription ends. All intellectual property in our indicators, content, branding, and materials remains the property of RKM Vault LLC and its licensors.

6. Community conduct

Our Discord community and live sessions are shared spaces. You agree not to harass other members, post others' private information, solicit or advertise without permission, share paid materials outside the community, or post content that is unlawful. We may remove content and suspend access for violations.

7. Risk disclosure

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose more than your initial investment. Leverage works against you as well as for you.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical and backtested performance has inherent limitations: it is prepared with the benefit of hindsight, does not involve financial risk, and cannot fully account for the impact of real-world execution, slippage, liquidity, or the emotional realities of live trading. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown.

Any performance figures we publish are clearly labeled with their source and date range and reflect the specific account size and risk settings stated. Your results will differ.

We make no guarantee of profit, income, or trading outcome. Testimonials from members reflect those individuals' experiences and are not typical or representative results.

8. Third-party services

Our service depends on third parties including TradingView (indicator delivery), Discord (community), and Stripe (payments). We are not responsible for their availability, terms, or conduct. A paid TradingView plan may be required to use invite-only indicators; that cost is yours and is separate from your RKM Vault subscription.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms, in particular by sharing indicator access or redistributing our materials. We may also discontinue any product with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that indicators will function without fault on any given platform or market condition.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RKM Vault LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RKM Vault LLC and its members from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
