Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, content, community, and software products offered by RKM Vault LLC ("RKM Vault", "we", "us", "our"), a California limited liability company located at 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816.
By creating an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What we provide — and what we do not
RKM Vault operates a subscription-based trading education and community platform. We provide live mentorship, technical analysis training, and licensed Pine Script indicators to independent retail and prop firm futures traders.
We do not manage customer accounts, execute trades on behalf of customers, or provide personalized investment advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or futures commission merchant. Nothing we publish, say, or provide constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other instrument.
All trading decisions are yours alone, made in your own account, at your own risk.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You may not use the service where doing so would violate the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all laws that apply to you, including those governing futures and derivatives trading.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering, including a valid email address and, where indicator access is part of your subscription, your TradingView username. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rkmvault.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Accounts are for a single individual. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Products
Subscriptions are sold per product ("door"):
- Door I — Live Trading: live mentorship sessions and community access
- Door II — ORB Vault: licensed access to the Vault Gold ORB TradingView indicator
Each is billed separately. Subscribing to one does not grant access to the other.
Free trial
New subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged the then-current rate. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge.
Recurring billing and automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the subscription fee on each renewal date. We will send a reminder before each renewal charge, and you may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
Pricing
Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Founding-member and promotional rates, where offered, apply only while your subscription remains continuously active; if you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current standard rate applies. We may change standard pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Your use of payment services is also subject to Stripe's terms.
Taxes
Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST, which may be added at checkout based on your location.
5. License to use our indicators
Our trading indicators — including Vault Gold ORB, ORB Vault, and the Live Fibonacci Scalp methodology — are proprietary. They are licensed to RKM Vault LLC and sublicensed to you. They are not sold to you.
Subject to your active subscription and these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the indicators for your own trading, on the TradingView account you register with us.
You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute access to the indicators
- Share your TradingView account, credentials, or invite-only access with any other person
- Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code or logic of any indicator
- Create derivative works based on our indicators or methodologies
- Publish, republish, or distribute our code, alerts, signals, or educational materials
- Use our materials to build, market, or operate a competing product or service
Indicator access is granted per TradingView username and is revoked when your subscription ends. All intellectual property in our indicators, content, branding, and materials remains the property of RKM Vault LLC and its licensors.
6. Community conduct
Our Discord community and live sessions are shared spaces. You agree not to harass other members, post others' private information, solicit or advertise without permission, share paid materials outside the community, or post content that is unlawful. We may remove content and suspend access for violations.
7. Risk disclosure
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose more than your initial investment. Leverage works against you as well as for you.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical and backtested performance has inherent limitations: it is prepared with the benefit of hindsight, does not involve financial risk, and cannot fully account for the impact of real-world execution, slippage, liquidity, or the emotional realities of live trading. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown.
Any performance figures we publish are clearly labeled with their source and date range and reflect the specific account size and risk settings stated. Your results will differ.
We make no guarantee of profit, income, or trading outcome. Testimonials from members reflect those individuals' experiences and are not typical or representative results.
8. Third-party services
Our service depends on third parties including TradingView (indicator delivery), Discord (community), and Stripe (payments). We are not responsible for their availability, terms, or conduct. A paid TradingView plan may be required to use invite-only indicators; that cost is yours and is separate from your RKM Vault subscription.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms, in particular by sharing indicator access or redistributing our materials. We may also discontinue any product with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that indicators will function without fault on any given platform or market condition.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RKM Vault LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RKM Vault LLC and its members from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
